Bespoke & Private Yoga Sessions

Held in my peaceful Garden Yoga Studio, one-to-one sessions offer a supportive and personalised approach for:

  • Those completely new to yoga who may feel unsure about joining a group class.
  • Individuals requiring a tailored practice to accommodate physical or anatomical limitations, or those seeking a more therapeutic focus.
  • Students wishing to deepen and refine their existing practice.

What to Expect

Through regular sessions, we will work together to design a bespoke home practice, specifically tailored to your unique needs, goals and lifestyle. No two practices are the same — your routine may include:

  • Yoga postures (āsana)
  • Breathing techniques (prāṇāyāma)
  • Elements of relaxation, meditation or personal reflection

This slower, more considered approach allows space for deeper awareness and integration — something often overlooked in faster-paced group classes.
