What we do
Tewkesbury Yoga for Health and Wellbeing is a small independent business founded and run by Rachel Done who is an advanced Yoga Practitioner and Wellbeing Mentor. (See About Me Page)
Tewkesbury Yoga offers weekly group classes using a style and method known as Viniyoga which simply translates as Special Application.
This is a slow dynamic and traditional style of Hatha Yoga with a strong emphasis on using the breath with movement and being mindful throughout. This style of yoga is performed on a mat but can easily be adapted for a chair practice, the classes are suitable for all abilities as modifications and variations are used to make the practice accessible for ALL.
In addition to group classes we are also able to offer Individual Tuition, and Bespoke practices to suit private events such as family celebrations, workplace wellness, Yoga in Schools for Teens, Workshops and Retreats. Please use Tabs below for more information on each of the services on offer.
